NO ES CORRER
2021
This solo, inspired by the artistic work of the Spanish painter José Beulas (1921-2017), speaks about the past and its living memories, about the calling of the land and the impulse to return. Rather than rushing, the quiet presence of the performer stretches time and space; actions slowly begin to emerge as the body unfolds. Through silent small movements, NO ES CORRER delicately explores the relationship between lines and gestures, observation and touch, dance and the intangible.
